We are so excited to welcome our first homeowners to downtown Brea! We currently estimate that our first homes will be available for move-in starting in Early Fall 2026. Are there any affordable units?
Thank you for inquiring about our affordable housing opportunities! These affordable units are managed through the City of Brea Homebuyer Program. To apply, you must download and complete a paper application from the City of Brea website. Please note that the city requires a 'wet-signed' (original) application to be physically submitted to City staff at the Brea Civic and Cultural Center. For more information on eligibility and the submission process, we recommend contacting the City of Brea Housing Department directly.
Do you cooperate with brokers?
