What we do:

We are a group of reformed crazy kids that grew up playing with Legos and crayons. We are kids that built awesome forts with sofa cushions and our imaginations who are now all grown up and have turned our creative aspirations into reality, building almost 20,000 beautiful homes and communities throughout California and Utah. Every effort we embark on, from community design, master planning, land development, new home construction, general contracting to build-for-rent community development and management, is undertaken with the purpose of providing lasting quality and value to the residents of the communities we construct, our trade partners, and our financial partners.

What can we get done?

We’ve all grown up from our sofa-cushion-fort-building days into a fantastically tenured team with an incredibly diverse set of capabilities. We’ve mastered the art of constructing high quality homes, townhomes, condominiums, and rental communities (apartments and build-for-rent neighborhoods), along with the design and construction of world-class community amenities like clubhouses, community parks, pools and spas, leasing offices, playgrounds and trails. Land development? We can do that too! Construction Management? We’ve gotcha covered. Value-add apartment enhancements and redevelopment? You betcha! While we can do all of these things and so much more, our priority will always remain in building long lasting relationships.
