The elegant two-story designs ranged from 2,975 to 3,775 square feet and offered four to six bedrooms, California Rooms, and first-floor Main Bedroom Suites (per plan). Residents enjoyed flexible floorplans, limited lakefront homesites, and access to scenic trails, lakes, and delta waterways for recreation.
